Common questions.
- In 30 minutes, we cover your current situation (where you are, what's working, what's not), your ambition (the role, impact, or outcomes you're pursuing), the gap (what's standing between here and there), and the fit. No sales pitch, no pressure: just an honest conversation.
- Coaching: typically within 1–2 weeks of the intro call, subject to availability. Consulting: the Fit Call is the scoping gate; an engagement usually starts within two weeks of a signed SOW.
- Reschedule either call with at least 48 hours notice. For urgent situations I maintain some flexibility.
- If you are an individual senior PM looking at coaching, the Coaching Intro is the right door. If you are a founder, CEO, CTO, or CPO evaluating a Fractional CPO engagement, use the Fit Call (Consulting). If you're not sure, pick the one closest to the outcome you want, and we'll route correctly on the call.
